You will feel like you’re on a new bike after your fit!

Comfort, power, and efficiency (including aerodynamic efficiency) go up when you get fitted.

It will be easier to work harder on the bike!

A goal of being fitted is for subconscious activation of all major muscles in your legs which makes it easier to produce power with less perceived effort.

No more quad dominance!

Orthodox bike fits typically leave you riding quad dominanant, especially after fatigue sets in. Reducing reliance on your quads and increasing the use of glutes and hamstrings is a priority for me.
